My name is Jordon Llewendon and I am the Client Services Director at Office Oracle. My job is to ensure our
service levels are second to none and continuously think of ways to improve our unrivalled standards. I always run the department with this in mind and as well as handling customer enquiries at every level and overseeing all quotes, proposals and orders a massive part of the smooth running of the department is the training of our staff aligning with our brand values and expectations.
The best part of my job is liaising with our clients. Weather it be a phone call, lunch, dinner or drinks this is when I really get to know our clients and these times are what makes our working relationships as strong as they are.
I have 8 years’ experience in our industry and have worked with
various companies over this time.
My experience and diverse background provides me with the ability to see things differently to others, bearing in mind there aren’t many issues I haven’t dealt with. I aim to make sure our clients are happy at all times, providing solutions where there are problems
and saying ‘yes’ when others would say ‘no’ as often as possible.
I am learning all the time and always strive to work hard as well as smart and it is this mindset that has given us an order success & client retention rate
of over 99%. “Age is no guarantee of efficiency but youth is no guarantee of innovation” I have worked by this quote for years and it not only makes me more efficient and more innovative but ensures I don't get complacent as my career progresses.
Moving forward I only see the department getting stronger.
Our training manuals are getting
more in depth and are constantly evolving with our new back office and task management systems. My goal is
to have every client services team member spotting opportunities regularly and thinking of fresh, outside the box ideas for us to improve more and more as the business grows.
